Here is a nice '61 Gretsch in
very good condition! This one plays GREAT after being set up with 11's,
has a vibrant original sunburst finish, and is in ALL original
condition. The sinlge-line Kluson tuners work great, as does the
original HiLo'Tron pickup. The guitar shows very little fret and
fingerboard wear but does exhibit a fair amount of clear coat "buckle
rash" on the back. As for provenance, this one's seen the inside of a
few bars and reportedly was used at the odd blues jam. When not burning
it up on stage, it's been kept in a very nice late 60's/early 70's
Gibson hard shell case.
