Early 1950's KAY Old Kraftsman K142 Stratotone

ON SALE! SAVE $300! Rare and cool! In the same vein of the Stratotone, the K142 is a cool retro solidbody that's dripping with tone and vibe. Old Kraftsman guitars were built by Kay and sold in Spiegel catalogs. This was an early electric built to compete with Gibson's Les Paul and has many similarities to Harmony Stratotones of the era. A neck through design means big tone. Dual single coil pickups deliver tons of retro sound and are hooked to cool stack pot controls. The neck is big and beefy. The whole package is finished in a cool silverburst lacquer. This example feels good with a straight neck and medium action. The frets have some life left in them and the electronics work well. It's in nice condition for its age showing normal playwear, dings and scratches. A nice looking guitar with cool vibe. Add this one to your collection today!
