Built by Harmony for sale in Sears catalogs, the H42 Newport features a dazzling sunshine yellow finish and all of the killer tone that Harmony Stratotones are known for! Cool Harmometal binding and vintage appointments. The solid body delivers big tone. The single coil pickup is hooked to stacked pot controls for a variety of tones. This example shows heavy wear as you would expect of a 60+ year old guitar that has been played. Finish wear, dents, dings and scratches give it a cool vibe and authentic patina. We recently went over it in the shop and set it up with medium action. The fretboard has been cleaned and oiled and the frets were polished.
